The Silk Road is a tourist hotspot along the southern coast of Sri Lanka. There are many beaches on the south coast from Galle to Hambantota that attract tourists. Hikkaduwa, Unawatuna, Weligama, Mirissa and Dickwella are some of them. Tourists flock to the southern coast to see the blue whales and to dive in with the colorful turtles. Also, many tourists come to the South Beach to enjoy surfing. The south coast is a great place for it. From the sea border to the country, there are beautiful tourist areas, places of worship and luxury hotels around the south coast. Also, the most exotic coral species are widespread along some of the southern coasts. A large number of people visit the South Beach every day to experience the beauty of the beautiful beaches.
